The following are two prophecies over the City Beautiful, Orlando, Florida, which the Lord spoke through me in September 1988. Over the course of three years beginning in the latter half of 1988 and continuing through the first half of 1990 I conducted some three hundred meetings in which I was teaching on the prophetic gifts and office as well as prophesying about a coming prophetic movement followed by an apostolic movement in which the offices of the prophet and the apostle would be restored to their proper place of function in the Church that Jesus is building (Mat. 16:18), despite the fact that what God was doing in the Spirit realm would be widely rejected by men in terms of its implementation in the natural realm. To this day that I am publishing these prophecies, I continue to adamantly believe God indeed DID restore both of those offices to their rightful place of function in the SPIRIT realm, but I am also keenly aware that to this day that fact has been largely rejected by the vast majority of those entities that claim to be part of the genuine Church, though the irrefutable fact is that any entity that does not have has has a foundation consisting of apostles and prophets and Christ Jesus as the Cornerstone (Eph. 2:20), that entity, regardless of what it calls itself, is NOT a legitimate “church” that is part of parcel of the ecclesia that Jesus, as its Head, is building!
It is important to understand that at the time that I was conducting these “prophetic seminars” or prophetic meetings, wherein in accordance with the instruction I was given by the Lord for them, I was not only teaching on the prophetic gifts and office, but also demonstrating those giftings by prophesying to the attendees, sometimes as many as 100 per meeting, often going on until the wee hours of the morning; several meetings we finally had to end at 4 AM because my body could not function any further; but the important thing about them is that while many of the attendees were eager to attend the meetings and receive the teaching and the prophetic ministry, ecclesial leaders in the city of Orlando, in particular (though I ministered in numerous other areas of Florida), were NOT supportive of the meetings or my ministry, but rather most spoke disparagingly of both! That was the case of my former church I attended and the leadership of the church’s denominational presbytery over the Orlando area. In fact, there were even some letters written and sent by that leadership to me criticizing me, my ministry, and the matter of the prophetic and apostolic I was teaching and prophesying about in the meetings. Given that that denomination issued white papers and position statements regarding the topic in 1949 pursuant to the errors of the Latter Rain Movement (which they were right about, actually) I was not surprised or offended, which I conveyed in my response to the authors of the letters. I’ve never harbored any sort of degree of animosity or unforgiveness regarding those leaders or there criticism. I only chalked it up to a difference of perspective. It has never been a big deal to me. After all, I totally believed then and now that I was speaking on behalf of God, which is what prophets do, and not myself. So, all critics would have to take up the matter with God, not me, as to the veracity and biblicality of what I was teaching nd prophesying!
As to the substance of these two prophesies I am publishing here, obviously, I still adamantly believe in their spiritual veracity and that they will be fulfilled in God’s perfect timing!
ORLANDO PROPHECY

Yea, the Lord would say that there have been many shepherds in this place, and many shepherds have come to this area, some have departed, and some are still here. And the Lord says, I have been wanting to do a marvelous thing in this place, but, yea, even the shepherds have opposed what I wanted to do. But, God says, now I am going to strip the shepherds. Some of the shepherds are going to be stripped from My sheep. And God says, I am going to take My sheep, the ones that have been hungry, and God says, I am going to put them before men who will feed them. And God says, these shepherds have been feeding themselves, they’ve been clothing themselves from the wool of the sheep, they’ve been shearing the sheep. And God says, now I am going to take those sheep from those shepherds, and they will cease from being shepherds.
God says, I am going to pour out of My Spirit, yea in this place, sayeth the Lord, and in this city. Many of you have prayed, some have prayed for ten and yea for fifteen years, and God says I am going to answer the call of my people, and God says it’s been as incense before Me, before My throne. God says, even the prayers you prayed fifteen years ago and did not see some of it come to pass, God says, continue to ask, for whatsoever you ask for in prayer believing, God says, it shall come about.
God says, I am not finished in this city, and some would grow cold, and some would grow into apathy, and some of you have been a part of the great move of God in times past, and now you’ve seen the false shepherds strip the land; you’ve seen them strip the bark off the trees, but God says, do not grow weary in well‑doing, for God says you shall yet reap those things which you’ve sown in the spiritual realm. And God says, some of you will be a part of the reward when it comes, some of you will be a part of what I am doing, yea, in this city, in this region.
God says, I have other men here in this place and I have already planted these men in this place, and God says they shall hear my voice; and God says, I have been stripping some of them of their pride and their jealousy and their selfish ambition, so that they can be fully in agreement with My plan and what I want to do in this city. And God says, I’ve been doing some shaking, and yea, there’s still some shaking going on in this place and yea in this city, but God says there is going to be a great convocation of the Fivefold ministers in this place and of the ministers of the Spirit, says God, and I’m raising up ministers of the Spirit, not just ministers of research, not just ministers of the Logos, but God says, I’m raising up ministers of the Rhema-Word of God, and the Lord says I shall feed my sheep.
And the Lord says, I have many sheep in this place and many of you have been a part of My flock, but you’ve grown weary in well‑doing. And God says, I am about to restore, says the Lord, and I am going to give strength to the weary, and the Lord says you are going to yet stand on your feet, and God says, you are going to go back to the time when it was fifteen years ago and ten years ago and some twelve years ago, and God says, I am going to put the fire back in your bones; I’m going to cause my prophetic Wind to blow across this city, and God says, I am going to speak to the dead bones, and the bones are yet going to rise up, and that which has been a valley of dry bones, God says, it shall be a great and exceeding and mighty army in My Kingdom, says the Lord.
ORLANDO PROPHECY

The Lord says, My Spirit is about to blow as a mighty Wind, and the Lord says, there shall be a great Wind come across this city, says the Lord. And there will be them that will reject it, there will be many that will even say this is not of God, there will be even many that will say this is of the devil, but God says, My Wind shall yet blow and no man can stop it, says the Lord. And the Lord says it shall come in from the east and God says it shall blow across this city, and God says it shall be of My Spirit and them that will reject it are rejecting Me, says the Lord, them that reject this Wind of the Spirit of God.
You will be able to tell that it is the Wind of the Spirit of God, for the Lord says, I shall release many signs and wonders, and many things shall begin to flow from this, says the Lord, and it shall be done in the Name of Jesus, it shall be in the Name of the Lord that these signs and wonders are done. And the Lord would say, yea, it’s not the false — and hear what I say — false signs and wonders that I foretell in My Word that the devil will bring in the last times. But God says, these are true signs and wonders, and God says you need not fear it. The Lord says, jump in and be a part of it and let that Wind blow across you.
And God says, them that reject this Wind of the Spirit, shall find themselves standing on the outside. And the Lord says, that even many that have called themselves “churches” — what they are doing is rejecting Me, and God says, in so doing they have rejected the Holy Ghost, and they’ve quenched the Holy Ghost. And the Lord says, I am not going to allow the Holy Ghost to continue to be grieved by these places. The Lord says, I shall take the Holy Spirit from those places, and God says, I shall remove their candlestick, and they shall cease from being a part of My Kingdom, says God, and yea everyone shall know it, for when they walk in, it will be deader than dead. God says, I am not going to always strive with these who reject the Holy Spirit.
The Lord says, now this Wind is beginning to blow already, and God says it’s a great and mighty thing which I am doing, and God says, don’t resist it but be ye a part of it, and the Lord says great peace shall come upon you. The Lord says, allow the peace of God to act as an umpire in your spirit. And God says you need not fear this thing, for the Lord says through it, the Body of Christ shall rise up and become everything that I want it to be, and the Bride shall make herself ready, says the Lord, and then the Gospel shall be preached in every place, in every nation, in every tribe, and then the end shall come.
So be ready for it, be prepared for it, get yourself ready for it, for I am getting my shepherds ready for it says the Lord, and I am doing something special within them, something is stirring within them which they cannot explain, says God, but it’s a unity of the Spirit that I am coming to bring, and God says, they are getting ready to receive Me, for I am coming to visit the churches. Jesus says, I am coming by the manifestation of My Spirit, and I personally am visiting My churches, and them that will receive Me, I will receive them, and them that will reject Me, I will remove their candlestick. But WE will go on together, says the Lord. Amen.
